Horizontal Directional Drilling

The use of HDD is an intelligent and cost effective technique for an increasingly environmentally conscious culture. HDD can and is regularly being used by Diverse to install infrastructure such as:

• Telecommunications and power cable conduits
• Water lines
• Sewer lines
• Gas lines
• Oil lines and;
• Other product pipelines and remediation casings

HDD safely enables these installations under waterways, roadways, congested and environmentally sensitive areas.

HDD is commonly used instead of other techniques because of its lower cost, environmental safety, minimal traffic disruption, deeper and/or longer installation capability, shorter completion times and directional capabilities.

As the premier HDD specialists in the rugged Pilbara region of Western Australia our fleet of horizontal drill rigs are regularly completing bores in adverse ground conditions from 50mm conduit through to 1.2m steel pipe in sand, clay and rock.
