Diverse Directional Drilling Pty Ltd is committed to ensuring that a safe and healthy work environment is provided and maintained for all personnel.

We believe all of our employees have the responsibility to perform their duties in a manner which ensures their own safety and that of others.

To achieve this Diverse has committed to:

• Give due consideration to issues of safety and health in all stages of planning, design and construction to incorporate systems to eliminate or control hazards.
• Commit sufficient resources for the effective implementation of safety management systems in all areas of operation.
• Ensure all personnel are competent and suitably skilled to undertake the duties for which they are employed in a productive and safe manner.
• Promptly investigate, correct and report all incidents, accidents and hazardous conditions.
• Collectively support and participate in the promotion of pro-active safety management systems and strive for continual improvements through audit and evaluation programs.
• Ensure that all employees understand and accept their safety responsibilities and are held accountable for those matters within their control.
• Provide an effective system for the management of workers compensation and rehabilitation.
• Ensure specific client safety and health requirements are acknowledged and implemented.

Drug & Alcohol Policy

With our commitment to Occupational Safety and Health and ongoing responsibility to clients, we recognise the importance of ensuring that whilst actively engaged on projects, our employees are drug free.

As part of the conditions of employment with Diverse Directional Drilling Pty Ltd all employees undergo pre -employment drug testing and will avail themselves for drug and alcohol screen tests when selected at random.
